  • This is an online service where you must order and pay for your tests prior to visiting the lab and having your blood drawn.
  • No doctor's requisition is required to use this service.
  • Browse for lab tests by typing the name in the Product Search box located on the homepage, add it to the cart, pay with a credit card... the requisition that you take to the patient service center will be securely emailed to you & is valid for 6 months.
  • Each order has a processing fee of $9.50 ($13.00 in California), no matter how many tests are on the order.
  • For the closest Patient Services Center, simply click on the tab "Locate A Lab" and enter your zip code.
  • Patients ordering STD Testing will receive an email instructing them to call in and speak with a representative by phone prior to receiving a written copy of their results via secure email.
